The Movie "Cast" is about a Jack (Patrick Mackie) who lives and works in the fields of South Texas side by side with his grandfather Arturo. Secretly, Jack plans on leaving the Valley and has saved up enough money to move away with his girlfriend, Reia (Mayra J. Leal. But when Arturo’s cancer takes a turn for the worse Jack’s plans are put on hold. Desperate for money to afford the treatment that will save his grandfather’s life, Jack crosses into Mexico and meets with Reia’s brother, Adelio, (Adrain Gonzalez) an up and coming member of a criminal organization. Adelio’s boss (Emma Perez-Trevino) agrees to let Jack be a drug mule — but there is a catch. Jack is to walk across the border wearing a cast made of cocaine, but to prove himself to the organization, he must first have his arm broken. For the sake of his grandfather, Jack decides to go through with it. Jesus crosses over to the United States onlyh to find the author of his worst nightmare, Agent Perales (Eduardo Sanchez, Misfire, Until the day I Die, Ruta Madre) a corrupt, demented serial rapist and killer Border Patrol Agent.
